    The Directory of National Account Utility Contacts lists individuals from EEI member companies who are designated to provide assistance to multi-site customers. This network of people covers about 78% of the customer base and electric load nationwide, so they should be able to help with most requests. This directory is a vital part of the investor-owned electric utility industry's National Key Accounts program: an effort to provide better customer service and information to multi-site commercial and industrial customers.
