Mary Miller, Chief Administrative Officer, joined EEI in March 2005.

Prior to joining EEI, Ms. Miller was Vice President of Human Resources for the American Gas Association (AGA). She also was the special assistant to the CEO. Over her 22-year career at AGA, Ms. Miller was responsible for the strategic management of AGA's compensation, employee relations, benefits and recruiting activities, and other significant achievements.

From 1978 to 1983, Ms. Miller held several positions with the Georgetown Employment Service, including Counselor, Placement Director for the secretarial college, and Manager. Her experience also includes working with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as Recruiting Manager.

Ms. Miller holds an MBA from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a BA from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania. Her professional affiliations include the Association Human Resource Group and the Society for Human Resource Management.
