    All attendees are expected to honor the conference Code of Conduct Guidelines. Hospitality/social functions [on and off site] are strictly prohibited from conflicting with the timing of official conference activities. Aggressive sales techniques are to be avoided while attending the conference.

    Signage and flyers may NOT be displayed or distributed in the meeting or guest room areas of the Renaissance Phoenix Hotel without expressed written permission of EEI.

    Each individual must register for the conference— NO badge sharing allowed


    Registered attendees, exhibitors, spouses and guests are required to wear their name badges for admission to ALL sessions, including the Tuesday night Reception and Wednesday Grand Event.  Identification and company business cards are required for all on site registrants.


    All offsite event buses will depart and return to the Renaissance Phoenix at the side entrance. We request all attendees to please be prompt.

    Alternative Airport Transportation - Phoenix Sky Train to Valley Metro Light Rail Connection, the PHX Sky Train is a free service connecting travelers to the 44th St/Washington light rail station where you can connect to Downtown Phoenix.  You can take the Light Rail  (West) to 3rd Street and Washington where you will be 3 blocks from the conference hotel (Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel - 50 E Adams St, Phoenix, AZ 85004) for only $2.00 for a one-way trip.  Valley Metro web site for more detail -

  • All cancellations must be received in writing via email @  Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone. No-shows are responsible for the full conference registration fee.

    Cancelling before May 13, 2016, a refund, minus a $150 processing fee will be made. If you cancel on/after May 14, 2016, the registration fee is non-refundable.  All refunds will be processed after the conference.  Substitutions are  always welcome.  All substitutions much be received via email at
