EEI and AGA Utility Internal Auditor's Training Course
Monday, August 21, 2017 - Wednesday, August 23, 2017
Hyatt Regency Minneapolis
1300 Nicollet Mall Minneapolis, MN 55403 UNITED STATES
  • The course consists of a wide range of audit topics in areas affecting the regulated utility, competitive business operations, information technology and corporate services.  In addition, some sessions will focus on general industry topics, as well as topics that form a basis for understanding current business and utility issues.

Although designed for staff- and advanced-level auditors, anyone with an interest in audit issues should find it very useful.  The individual segments of the course are taught by expert utility instructors and leaders in the field of utility auditing and accounting.

The course offers several joint and general sessions that all participants will attend, and breakout sessions that address specific utility topics.  Attendees can select which breakout session(s) to attend based on their interests.  These breakout sessions also address the complex nature of today’s utility and the audit challenges arising from both regulated and non-regulated operations, as well as the needed services to support these areas.
