    REGISTRATION

    Advance registration is required.  The registration fee is $760.00 per attendee.

    • As is customary, the fee is waived for Retirees.
    • Please register Online by clicking on the above registration button
    • Pre-payment is due by Friday, October 23, 2015.
    • Cancellations received on or before Friday, October 23rd will be refunded in      full. NO REFUNDS will be given after this date, to cover the cost of unfilled function guarantees.  Substitutes are welcome.

    ACCOMMODATIONS (Hotel cut-off date is Friday, October 16th)

    The group rate is $209 for standard king occupancy.

    • Rooms will be held until Friday, October 16th at the group rate.
    • After the date of October 16, 2015, at 5PM (PST), reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the group rate.

You will not be able to do so online.)
    • IMPORTANT: In-house reservations is available Mon-Fri from 8a-7p (PST) and Sat, Sun, and holidays from 9a-5p (PST). If you call outside of these listed hours of operations or if all of the agents are on a call, you will be directed to the hotel’s Central Reservations, whom does not have access to group rates being offered by the hotel so you would have to try calling the hotel again.)
    • Resort Fee:  The daily resort fee is $25 per night. The resort fee includes: unlimited wired and wireless in-room internet access, access to the Fitness Center and scheduled yoga and pilates classes, if available; morning coffee/tea served from 6a-8a, unlimited in-room local and toll-free calls, daily newspaper upon request, and boarding passes printed at Front Desk.
    • Cancellation Policy:  Cancel no later than 48 hours prior to the day of arrival by 5PM (PST) in order to avoid forfeit of one night room and tax.
    • Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM


     

    PRESENTATIONS AND HANDOUTS

    • In an effort to be environmentally friendly as possible, we have cut back on the amount of handouts being offered at our conference.  Presentations will be made available prior to the conference on the EEI Taxation Committee Meeting web site.  ALL HANDOUTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE BEFORE AND AFTER THE CONFERENCE FOR THOSE WHO NEED A HARD COPY TO PRINT OFF BEFOREHAND OR AFTER THE CONFERENCE.

    • Recommended CPE credits:  15 Hours; CPE certificates will be distributed at the end of the meeting.

    MEMBER PROBLEMS (form attached)

    • Please send the member problems form to Mark Agnew at magnew@eei.org before Monday November 2nd.  All member problems submitted will be summarized and provided to the committee prior to the meeting to facilitate a robust discussion.

    IMPORTANT TAX INFO

    • For federal income tax purposes, $573.00 of your registration fee is allocated to meals and entertainment.  This information is being provided to you to comply with the tax reform law requirements.

    ATTIRE

    • Business casual to all meeting functions including the Monday group dinner.
