The 32nd Annual EEI Conference on Testing ~ Leading Through Changing Times will be held June 2-4, 2014 at the Westin Denver Downtown in Denver, Colorado. Both from an HR (new OFCCP regulations, changes to EEI test batteries) and an industry (changes in fuel mix, distributed generation, mergers and acquisitions) standpoint, we’re in a time of frequent change, and the 2014 conference is intended to provide you with information and tools to help lead your company’s testing function through this turbulent period.
The 2014 conference will feature several speakers you won’t want to miss, including Eric Dunleavy from DCI Consulting, Casey Mulqueen from the TRACOM Group, and Lawrence Ashe from Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs. Eric is a noted expert on OFCCP compliance and hiring issues; Casey is the Director of Research at TRACOM, a company focused on maximizing workplace performance through individual and team effectiveness; and Lawrence is a nationally renowned expert on employment law who has served as counsel for the EEI Employment Testing Program since its inception. A draft of the full agenda is available for download by clicking on the document link on the menu to the left.
There will also be discussion and interactive sessions that allow you to share best practices and learn from your peers in other companies. As we have in the past, we will have a “Hot Topics” interactive session where you choose the topics that you would like to discuss.
The EEI Conference on Testing provides you with a tremendous opportunity to network and develop long-term relationships with other professionals who share your interests and face the same challenges. The interactive nature of many of the sessions, the Monday evening reception, and the EEI-sponsored meals and breaks provide multiple opportunities for you to share your knowledge and benefit from others’ experiences. Learn first-hand from your peers what practices work well and which should be avoided.
We are offering an early bird discount if you register by April 29, 2014, as well as discounts on registration fees for multiple attendees from your company. Please click on the link to the left for conference general information and logistics.
We have put together an incredible program that will more than pay for itself through the skills and knowledge you’ll be able to apply back at your company to push your testing program and general hiring efforts forward. Please feel free to contact the Conference Manager, Kimberlee Sherman with any questions you may have regarding the conference. We look forward to seeing you in Denver!
