each additional attendee from a company (additional attendees must fax

Cutoff date for
on-line registration is Friday, September 12, 2014.

Estimated cost from
airport to resort one way is $90.
The Coeur d'Alene Resort is located 40 minutes east of the Spokane
Resort offer airport transportation. The rate is $69 round trip per person, excluding driver gratuity. A flyer outlining airport pick-up and drop-off
is included. The resorts has a shuttle
constantly running, guests will be picked up and dropped off by appointment only. All
reservations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Guests can make transportation
arrangements when they book their guestroom, by calling (800) 688-5253

All cancellations must be made in writing (no phone

Friday, September 12, 2014 will be fully refundable. A $400 administrative fee will be applied to
requests received after September 12,
2014. No refunds for cancellations
after September 19, 2014 and no-shows. Refunds
will be processed after the conference.
