  • The Conference will begin at 8:00am on Wednesday, March 5 and will adjourn by 4:00pm on Thursday, March 6.  A conference agenda will be posted in January.
  • The 7th Annual National LAMPAC meeting - a labor and management public affairs committee designed to bring together company executives and leaders from IBEW to advance the common objectives of the electric power industry and IBEW members – will be held March 4 at the Gaylord National Hotel. There is no additional fee to attend the National LAMPAC, but you must indicate that you will attend during the registration process. The National LAMPAC will begin at noon, with a luncheon from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and adjourn by 5:00 p.m.  There will be a reception at 6:00 – 7:30pm that evening.  Transportation will be provided from the Hyatt to the Gaylord.

  • The Roundtable Discussion allows a representative from each company the opportunity to highlight significant bargaining developments, status of negotiations and other labor-management news that might interest those in attendance. Please complete and return a Roundtable Discussion form for your Company (see Meeting Documents area). This information will be made available to all participants and you will have an opportunity to discuss the significant issues for your company during your Roundtable presentation. If you have any questions, please call Chuck Kelly at (202) 508-5155. NOTE: Only one submission per company is requested.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing (no phone calls) to David Washington via email. The date used to determine refunds will be the date the email is received. Cancellations made on or before February 10,2014 will be fully refundable. A $200 administrative fee will be applied to cancellations made on or after February 11,2014. No-shows are responsible for the full conference registration fee. Refunds will be processed and sent after the conference. Substitutions requests may be sent via email to David Washington.

After February 10th, neither the group rate nor the availability are guaranteed.
