  • All cancellations must be received in writing to Judy Mastin via email at jmastin@eei.org.  Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone.  No-shows are responsible for the full conference registration fee.

     

    If you cancel on or before March 20, 2015, a refund, minus a $150 processing fee will be made.  If you cancel on or after March 21, 2015, the registration fee is non-refundable.

     

    All refunds will be processed after the conference.

                                                            

    Substitutions are welcome at any time.  All substitutions much be received via email at jmastin@eei.org.
