Notes            Courtyard will honor the room rate for 2 days before and after our meeting dates, as availability allows.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before Friday, April 29, 2016 will be refunded in full.  Cancellations received after that date and on or before Friday, May 6, 2016 will be subject to a refund equal to one-half of the registration fee to cover the cost of unfilled function guarantees.  Cancellations received after Friday, May 6, 2016 will result in a forfeiture of the registration fee.  Substitutions are welcome.  Telephone cancellations will not be accepted, they must be confirmed in writing via email or mail.
