• 10/10/2006 - Joint EEI-NRECA Letter in Support of the DM&E Railroad - Joint EEI and National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) letter, filed with the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), in support of building a new rail line by the Dakota Minnesota and Eastern Railroad Corporation (DM&E) for shipping coal out of the Powder River Basin.

• 02/16/2005 - EEI comments submitted to the Surface Transportation Board concerning D.C. hazmat rail transportation restriction - EEI comments in support of the CSX request for the Surface Transportation Board to issue a declaratory ruling that D.C. does not have legal authority to enforce an emergency piece of legislation banning transportation of certain hazardous chemicals through a 2.2 mile zone around the US Capitol.
