EEI's Human Resources and Corporate Services (HR&CS) Division helps the industry attract, select, retain, and motivate its employees through advocacy, consultation, training, and provision of strategic business information; administers internal programs for EEI employees; and supports the work of the Utility Business Education Coalition (UBEC).
