Working Group and Contract Drafting Committee

The mission of the Contract Drafting Committee is to educate industry participants about legal, credit and regulatory issues that may affect energy contracts and markets, and draft and publish with Working Group concurrence standardized documentation for energy and energy-related transactions in areas expected to have broad industry acceptance.
