Meet the industry’s key decision-makers—and your best customers
This year, CEOs and their senior-level management from companies large and small in power generation, transmission, distribution, and marketing will gather in Hollywood, FL for the 2010 EEI Annual Convention/Expo. And that gives you an unsurpassed opportunity to communicate with the most influential leaders in the electric power industry at their most important meeting of the year.
When you exhibit at EXPO 2010, you reach an audience with strategic responsibilities, whose decisions shape the future of the whole industry. These are your prime customers, together in one place, at one time. It’s your chance to show them how your products and services can have an impact on this year’s bottom line—and be a part of company strategy into the future. Whether you build power plants or operate call centers, provide strategic consulting or install software systems, streamline financial decision-making or offer the latest transmission system technologies…
At EXPO 2010, your prospects have the authority to buy. If you serve the electric industry, then this is where you need to be in 2010.
Your company is an ideal exhibitor if you offer:
- Financial management, credit, and collection resources
- Consulting, engineering, architectural, and marketing services
- Equipment and systems for power generation and distribution
- Information technology—software and hardware
- Management and strategic consulting services
- Technology to improve customer service
- Environmental systems and services
- End-use products

Mailing Lists
Promote your presence at EXPO 2010 with pre- and post-show attendee lists via e-mail. You get attendee name, title, company name and address. To give you an even earlier start on your promotional efforts, EEI will provide you with a listing of ALL utility members once your booth assignment is confirmed and full payment is received.
Listing in the Exhibitor Directory
It’s the key reference book for attendees. Your company name, marketing contact, telephone number, product description, booth number and company web site address are in the Directory, showing attendees how to get to your booth—and keeping information on your products and services at their fingertips when they get home.
Hotlink to your Web Site
Steer prospects directly to your company’s wares with a link on EEI’s Convention web site.
Complimentary Registration Badges
For each 10’ x 10’ booth rental, exhibiting companies receive two complimentary badges for exhibitor personnel—a $4,000 value—to staff their booths. With these badges, you can attend all the EXPO events plus the General Sessions, Critical Issues Forums, and the Grand Event. Complimentary badges are contingent on reserving hotel rooms under the official EEI block at the headquarters hotel. Additional exhibitor personnel badges may be purchased at the reduced member company registration fee. A $400 surcharge will apply to every badge if staying outside the official EEI hotel room block.
Increase your impact dramatically with a larger space. You’ll have more room for product displays and one-on-one meetings. Each booth you occupy entitles your company to have two more people attend the Convention. A limited number of island spaces—with aisle exposure on all four sides—are available. We’ll also be glad to discuss any combination of booth spaces that may meet your needs.
