ATTENDANCE PROFILE

As the industry’s most prestigious gathering, the EEI Convention draws CEO and other senior-level executives from the electric industry.  This audience represents billions of dollars in annual purchases of goods and services to the energy community.  The Convention includes General Sessions, where former presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush have keynoted, Electricity Matters discussion panels, which provide interaction and discussion by key thinkers, networking receptions and meals and an event social event. All of these provide excellent networking opportunities in addition to dedicated Connection hours.

EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION

The Connection attracts convention delegates with activites and amenities to increase traffic and provide added value for your exhibit dollars. The central hub of all Convention activities, the Connection focuses on connectivity, providing attendees with a high energy, productivity centric environment in which to network.

Booth fee includes:

  • 8’ high background drape
  • 3’ high side rail drapes
  • Identification sign
  • Two complimentary exhibit personnel registrations (a $4,400 value which includes full access to all conference events)

First-round space assignments are made on a priority point system for the prior year’s exhibitors.  Second-round space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis for wait-listed or new exhibitors. 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

A wide range of sponsorships are available hall to provide greater recognition by the delegates.  As a sponsor, you will receive:

  • Acknowledgment in the Convention Program
  • Your corporate logo will appear in a special video presentation at the General Sessions (certain exclusions apply)
  • A URL hot-link from the Convention web site directly to your home page
  • Ample signage will highlight your sponsorship

Opportunities to sponsor various venues at the Grand Event are also available to suppliers.  If you have attended past Grand Events, you know this is one activity not to be missed!

EEI/AGA Customer Service Conference and Exposition

The AGA/EEI Customer Service Conference and Exposition is the premiere utility industry customer service conference. Utility professionals from all levels, vice president through analyst, will be present to learn and share new ideas. The general sessions include broad ranging topics on improving customer service throughout your organization. EXHIBIT SPACE INFORMATION

The cost to exhibit at the conference is $1000 per table. This fee includes one admittance to the Spring Conference.  Additional attendees from your company must register with the conference at regular cost. All exhibits will include a draped and skirted 8' table and reception cost during Sunday's exhibit.  You are responsible for your own company signage.  Space assignments will be based on a first-come, first-served basis with the paid fee.

ATTENDANCE PROFILE

The National Accounts Workshop is the premier venue that provides integrated forums for conducting business and exchanging ideas among electric and gas companies and their valued multi-sited energy users.   This meeting provides the avenue for buyers to meet and network with the sellers and distributors of energy and energy-related products and services.  These workshops are held twice yearly to update the National Accounts network on marketing and technology developments, changes in the electric utility industry, and to provide opportunities to network with customers and other National Account executives.

Nearly 500 delegates representing the retail, supermarket, restaurant, lodging, convenience store national chains, healthcare industry, financial institutions, and the federal government are in attendance along with EEI member company personnel.

Two Complimentary Registrations will be provided for each 10’ x 10’ booth.  You may rent a single 10’ x 10’ space or combine booths in side-by-side configurations.  Companies reserving a 20’ x 20’ island booth will receive five complimentary registrations.  Complimentary registrations allow admittance to the following:

  • General sessions
  • Receptions
  • All networking activities

 Space assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Semiannual meeting of electric utility industry occupational safety and health professionals.  Exhibitors may display the latest technology in PPE, tools, and other related products and services.

EXHIBIT DESCRIPTION

Size: 30 Tabletops:  6’ tables
Price:  $200 Exhibit fee and $825 Registration fee

Each space holds a single 6' draped and skirted table for your tabletop exhibit.

PRICING

The cost of the space is $200 (includes only the exhibit space). Each company representative must pay the $825 registration fee.  There is no discount for additional registrants to staff the exhibit. 

Space assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis with the paid fee.

A variety of sponsorships are available at the conference to provide exhibitors greater recognition.  Exhibitors and sponsors will be listed in a conference guide with a description of products and services.
