Private Events - Supplier Events Code
For those of you planning invitation-only social functions or private business meetings, take a moment to review the Supplier Events Code (below) which states that these activities are not to conflict with the official Schedule of Events. Please note, in particular, the timing of Sunday's Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall – departures for events cannot begin before 7:00 p.m. This timeframe will be strictly enforced.

Vendor-sponsored social functions and/or private business meetings conflicting with the timing of the official Schedule of Events are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this policy will result in the loss of company participation in future EEI meetings. Representatives attending only staff hospitality events must register for the Convention/Expo.
