Registration
The registration is $495 for EEI Members and $595 for Non EEI-Member.  

The registration fee will cover reception, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches, outside speakers, and other miscellaneous expenses.

To register online, click the Registration Tab (located at top), log in and follow the instructions.  You must login to register online.  If you have attended any EEI meeting in the past, you will already have an active login record.  If you don’t know your login and password, please send a request to accounts@eei.org to have it reset.  If you have NEVER attended an EEI meeting, you can create an account online or you can send your request to the accounts@eei.org mailbox to have one created for you.

The EEI Online Meeting Registration system uses a secure connection to transmit your information to EEI. When you successfully complete the credit card information, no other steps are necessary. Your credit card is immediately charged and you are registered for the meeting. Don’t forget to print your receipt of payment.

Conference Schedule
Conference will start on Thursday, May 10, 2012 with registration and lunch 11:15 am to 12 noon Sessions are scheduled to start on May 10th, from 12 noon – 5:00 pm, with a Networking Reception from 5:15 – 6:15 pm (dinner on your own).  Conference will end on Friday, May 11th, 12 noon.

Discounts are available to delegates of EEI member companies, international affiliates and associates, as well as to spouses and guests, traveling to EEI-sponsored meetings and conferences: United offers a 5% discount off any published fare or 10% off regular coach fare. Annapolis is not on any of the train based transportation systems - no MARC train or Amtrak or Metro.

Just 22 miles (30 minutes) from BWI, Approximately $55.00 - $65.00 each way by taxi.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (no phone calls) to Rosjohanne Marsh via fax (202-508-5168) or email rmarsh@eei.org.   The date used to determine refunds will be the date on the fax or email received.  Requests received on/before Monday, April 16, 2012 will be fully refundable.  A $300 administrative fee will be applied to requests received after April 16, 2012 and before the close of business Monday, April 27, 2012.  No refunds for cancellations after April 27, 2012 and no-shows.  Refunds will be processed after the conference.  Substitutions are welcome and should be submitted by Friday, April 27, 2012.
