You know the story of the Midnight Ride of Paul Revere - Well the Rates and Regulatory Affairs Committee are coming to Boston! Founded in 1630, Boston is one of the oldest settlements in the country; no other city has preserved its past as well as Boston. There are 18th-century churches, redbrick meeting houses, Fenway Park and much more. Join us for the 2012 Fall Rate & Regulatory Affairs Committee Meeting held at the Hyatt Regency Boston, September 9 – 12, 2012.
The registration fee for the meeting is $850 for the first attendee and $650 for each additional attendee from a company (additional attendees MUST fax 202-508-5168 or email rmarsh@eei.org to receive discount).
Cutoff date for registration is Friday, August 24, 2012.

The EEI Online Meeting Registration system uses a secure connection to transmit your information to EEI. When you successfully complete the credit card information, no other steps are necessary. From Logan International Airport (BOS): - Taxi - Approximately $25 each way
- Another alternative is to take the silver line bus from the airport terminals to South Station. South Station is approximately .5 miles from the hotel.
- The "MBTA", (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) a subway system that is on the same block as the hotel and 100 feet from our hotel entrance. It costs $2 to ride anywhere in the city and surrounding suburbs. The Blue Line train is available from the airport to the State Street stop which is approximately 5 blocks from the hotel. You may either walk at this point, or you can transfer to the orange line and get off at the Downtown Crossing stop, which is on the same block as the hotel.
All cancellations must be made in writing (no phone calls) to Rosjohanne Marsh via fax (202-508-5168) or email rmarsh@eei.org. The date used to determine refunds will be the date on the fax or email received. Requests received on/before Friday, August 24, 2012 will be fully refundable. No refunds for cancellations after Friday, August 24, 2012 and no-shows. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are welcome and should be submitted by Monday, August 24, 2012.
