Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before WEDNESDAY, April 11, 2012 will be refunded in full. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations received after that date will be subject to a refund equal to one-half of the registration fee to cover the cost of unfilled function guarantees. Substitutes are welcome. Telephone cancellations will be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing.

HOSPITALITY SUITE
Monday & Tuesday: The Majestic Hospitality Suite will be available to attendees throughout the duration of the conference. Following conference sessions Monday and Tuesday, the Suite will be stocked with beverages and light snacks from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Hotel Monaco additionally offers a complimentary Hosted Evening Wine Hour each day from 5:00PM to 6:00 PM.
