Targeted Audience

Chief executives, chief financial officers, treasurers and investor relations executives from the utility industry, and members of the investment community.

Purpose

This conference provides a forum for global utility representatives, analysts, investment and commercial bankers, and other investors to meet in a common area for information
exchange on industry issues and competitive strategies across multiple markets.

Company Visit

The Company Visit program provides an opportunity for utility representatives and the financial community to discuss strategies, market and regulatory issues and their potential impact on financial performance and shareholder value.

Company visits are scheduled on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday
morning from 7:30 to 11:55 a.m., Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., and Wednesday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Formal Presentation Webcasts can also be viewed at your office on Tuesday morning from 7:30 to 11:55 a.m.

Attire

Dress for all conference business sessions and social events is business casual. No ties please!

EEI Registration

Please e-mail Debra Henry at dhenry@eei.org or Charnita Garvin at cgarvin@eei.org for a conference registration form.   The registration fee is $1,350.    After October 29, you willl have to register on-site at the conference.

A guest registration does not apply to a business colleague. It is for a spouse, fiancé  or child.

For federal income tax purposes, $483.33 of the registration fee is allocated for meals and entertainment.  If you you register with a spouse/guest, $733.33 of the fee is for meals and entertainment.

Note:  Please review the information you type on the on-line registration form before you submit it.  This information will appear in the conference directory exactly as it is typed.  Please do not type information in all capital or lower case letters.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:   A $100.00 fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before September 28, 2007. One-half of the registration fee is refundable for cancellations received at EEI from October 1 to October 12.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 12, 2007. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to EEI at: (1) the above address; (2) at the above fax number; (3) or e-mailed to cgarvin@eei.org or dhenry@eei.org.  Substitutions are welcome at any time.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  Please contact Debra Henry at (202) 508-5496 or Charnita Garvin at (202) 508-5057 if you have any questions regarding the refund policy.

Spouse/Guest Information

A registered spouse/guest is welcome to attend all conference functions. A co-worker or an associate is not considered a guest. A spouse/guest must have a name badge to attend all conference functions.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits

Access CPE Credit information. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 3 CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour.
