AGA/EEI Customer Service Conference and Exposition

This conference will focus on current utility issues and case studies in the customer care area. The conference consists of lively general sessions and informative breakout sessions. Attendees are typically members of AGA and EEI who are vice presidents, directors or managers with responsibilities for customer systems, meter reading, call centers, credit & collection, billing and more.

    Changes, Cancelation & Refund Policy:

    Meeting Registrations: All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and sent to AGA at the above address/fax number. Cancellations must be received in writing by March 20, 2008 to qualify for a full refund less a  $75.00 processing charge.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER March 20, 2008, however, substitutions are permitted.  Fax information to Kathleen Richter at (202) 824-7086.
