Purpose

This conference provides a forum for global utility representatives, analysts, and other investors to meet in a common area to exchange information on industry issues and competitive strategies.

Audience

This meeting is open to Edison Electric Institute member company utility chief executive officers, chief financial officers, treasurers, and investor relations executives as well as  Wall Street security analysts, fund managers, and rating agencies.

Cancellation Policy:   A $100.00 fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before May 4, 2008. One-half of the registration fee is refundable for cancellations received at EEI from May 5 to 9.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 9, 2008. Hotel Reservations

Please call the Waldorf=Astoria (212) 355-3000 and indicate your reservation is for the EEI Annual Finance Meeting.  The room rate is $339.00. This rate does not include a 13.625% tax, a $2.00 per day occupancy fee, and a $2.00 per day fee for the Javits Center.  The hotel cut-off date is April 29, 2008.

Company Visits   

Company visits will be held on Wednesday, May 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.  Each participating utility company will host a table for informal visits.
