Electric Companies Receive ENERGY STAR Awards

Twelve electric utility companies have received ENERGY STAR awards for their outstanding accomplishments in reducing greenhouse gas emissions through energy efficiency. Said EEI President Tom Kuhn of the winning companies, "They are enabling their customers to get more value from every dollar they spend on electricity.  And in doing so, they are helping to protect the environment."
