Xcel Energy Helps Denver Office Building Lower Energy Costs, Increase Tenant Comfort

When the management company of The Logan Building, a 40-year-old, six-story office building in downtown Denver, needed to replace the building’s boiler, they turned to their electric company, Xcel Energy, for help.  Through Xcel Energy’s rebates, the building was able to not only replace the boiler, but also to undertake a number of energy-saving upgrades as well.
