EEI President Tom Kuhn and other EEI officers today gave their annual “state of the industry” speech to Wall Street analysts, noting the sector’s very strong financial performance in 2011 and outlining key issues in 2012.

"We are focused today on making innovative changes to the electricity system in this country and to building a future industry that is cleaner, smarter, and more efficient than ever," Kuhn said.
