EEI's 1910.269 Interactive Training Software was developed to train managers and supervisors on the requirements contained in 29 CFR 1910.269. However, this program is a valuable training tool for all staff needing knowledge of this standard.

As a performance standard, 1910.269 is, in part, an ambiguous rule to follow. Failure to provide prior training on the base requirements increases the exposure to potential violations. This software helps minimize this risk by offering the latest information on the standard and its interpretation. Contains information on the latest regulatory changes, new interpretations, review commission, court rulings, and new industry practices.

The 1910.269 Interactive Training Software is licensed per establishment as identified by the OSHA record keeping standard. When installed in a portable computer, such as a laptop, the license applies to the individual computer. The quantity pricing listed below applies to the purchase of multiple CD-ROMs used for installation on portable computers or to the establishments served by a single installation on a network system.
