Prices listed are based on a Standing Order Plan and apply to the specified site licenses only.  A "site" is defined as a physical location/address.  For example, a 1-site license would cover the subscriber and all company personnel at the subscriber's address only; a 2-3 site license would cover the subscriber and all company personnel at the subscriber's address as well as 2 other physical company addresses as long as they are the same company as the subscriber.  For multiple site license users, the subscriber will be responsible for making sure that the CD is shared between all locations.  Only ONE CD will be sent to the subscriber each time.

NOTE: This publication is set up as a Standing Order. Each time the CD is updated, you will receive an invoice to obtain the next CD.  Once payment is received we will ship the new CD to you. FERC recently issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to revise the Standards of Conduct. The Desk Reference will be updated to reflect changes made as a result of this NOPR.
