EEI is pleased to make available a Summary of the Commission's NOPR on Standard Market Design (SMD) issued in July 2002. EEI's summary of the NOPR features an executive summary, a section by section summary, a summary of the NOPR appendices, and selected summaries on specific NOPR topics prepared by the EEI Staff.
