EEI President Tom Kuhn Names Veteran Strategist Ryan Rudominer Executive Director of Communications
WASHINGTON (Wednesday, August 15, 2012) -
Edison Electric Institute (EEI) President Tom Kuhn today publicly announced that veteran communications strategist Ryan Rudominer has been named EEI’s Executive Director of Communications.

“We are very pleased to have found a person as capable as Ryan Rudominer to lead our Communications operation,” said Kuhn. “Bringing Ryan on board is just the latest example of EEI’s continuing commitment to bringing the best talent to serve EEI and our member companies.”

“I'm thrilled that Ryan Rudominer has joined our team as EEI’s Executive Director of Communications,” said Senior Vice President Brian Wolff. “Ryan is an innovative thinker who has the right combination of experience, drive and leadership savvy to craft and execute strategies and tactics that will help our industry define the issues.”

Rudominer comes to us most recently from New Partners Consulting, where he provided an array of corporate and issue advocacy clients with strategic messaging, branding and tactical advice. Additionally, Rudominer served as both a Regional and National Press Secretary respectively at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee during the 2008 and 2010 cycles, and previously worked for years as a communications director on Capitol Hill for numerous Members of Congress and national and individual political campaigns.
