The National Key Accounts Outstanding Customer Service Awards were established by the Customer Advisory Group (CAG), a group of 25 national chain customers that provide feedback, guidance, and support to EEI's National Key Accounts program. Through these awards, the CAG recognizes both individuals and EEI member companies that have provided superior service to multi-site customers.
Award recipients are chosen by commercial customers in a nationwide open ballot. Winners of the National Key Accounts Outstanding Customer Service Awards are recognized at EEI’s spring National Key Accounts Workshop.
