Marc S. Razeghi is Chief Information Officer at the Edison Electric Institute. He joined EEI in May of 2003. Mr. Razeghi has over 18 years of executive management experience in energy and telecom, with in-depth experience in delivery of local, long-distance, and wireless services. Most recently, he served as Principal for New Emerging Technologies, Inc. (NET), a consulting firm specializing in strategic services, interim CIO/CTO, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Prior to joining NET, Mr. Razeghi served as Chief Information Officer and Business Leader for AES US CLEC, as well as Chief Information Officer at Teligent, where he was responsible for all facets of information technology, infrastructure, and security. Prior to his role at Teligent, Mr. Razeghi held executive management positions at Winstar, Cable & Wireless, National Telephone Service, Telesphere and Telic.

Mr. Razeghi received his MS in Computer Science from Southwest Texas State University and serves on the management/advisory boards of several companies.
