Patric O'Kelley is Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at the Edison Electric Institute. Mr. O'Kelley joined EEI on December 1, 1991. His responsibilities include: financial management, internal auditing, internal accounting, purchasing, information services and technology, and library/information resources.

He is a 1975 honor graduate of Georgia State University with an MBA in Management. He also obtained a BBA in Accounting in 1969 and was awarded a Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1973.

Mr. O'Kelley was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received his primary and secondary education. Prior to joining EEI, Mr. O'Kelley was employed with the American Red Cross. He also worked for the Arthritis Foundation, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Deloitte and Touche.

He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Georgia Society of CPA's.

Mr. O'Kelley served in the United States Army for two years, stationed in the Panama Canal Zone.
