Utility Directory​
The Directory of National Account Utility Contacts lists individuals from EEI member companies who are designated to provide assistance to multi-site customers. This network covers about 78 percent of the customer base and electric load nationwide, so these contacts should be able to help with most requests. This directory is a vital part of EEI's National Key Accounts program: to provide better customer service and information to multi-site commercial and industrial customers.

As a service to national accounts customer organizations, we post facility and energy management-related job opportunities, free of charge. This service is restricted to organizations that operate multi-site facilities in multiple states.

Creating Renewable Energy Opportunities: Utility-Corporate Buyer Collaborative Forum
This report from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), World Resources Institute (WRI), and the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) reviews 15 electric company-offered clean energy products in light of corporate customers seeking more tailored products that clearly align with corporate sustainability goals. Corporate energy buyers are particularly interested in products that offer greater price predictability, transparent terms, ease of acquisition, and are sourced from local projects. The report also highlights the progress and future goals of the Utility-Corporate Buyer Collaborative Forum. The forum, developed in 2015, is a platform for electric companies and their customers to work together to develop renewable energy products that best align with both buyer and electric company needs.
