Terri Oliva
Terri Oliva is Executive Director of Human Resources and Assistant Treasurer of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI). Ms. Oliva joined EEI in December 2009. She oversees EEI’s internal human resources as well as the external engagement with the industry’s Chief Human Resources Officers, manages the internal treasury function and directs facility operations.  She is also the Chief Administrative Officer of the Center for Energy Workforce Development, the Treasurer of the National Labor and Management Public Affairs Committee and Assistant Treasurer of EEI’s Political Action Committee.

Ms. Oliva began her career with KPMG as an auditor serving clients in the financial services and not-for-profit industries. She also held accounting, compensation, and benefit positions at Johnson and Johnson, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae prior to joining EEI.

Ms. Oliva is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Virginia Society of CPAs, the Women’s Council on Energy and Environment, and the American Society of Association Executives. Ms. Oliva holds a B.S. in Business Administration from James Madison University. She lives in Washington, DC, with her husband John and their two children.​
