Sheri Givens, a former consumer advocate and Executive Director of Utilities United Against Scams, will join us for a timely discussion about scams targeting electric company customers. Sheri will dive into the topic, identifying the types of scams customers are facing, who perpetrates the scams and for what purpose, and how electric companies can protect their customers from them.

EEI’s Jeff Ostermayer, Senior Director of Media Relations, will moderate the discussion and also update members on available tools and resources to fight scams and scammers.

Please contact Michelle Zaccagnino at if you have any difficulties with registration.
