    *Registration will close on Tuesday, September 24th. Please note full refunds will be given two weeks before the workshop minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September 17th. Substitutions are permitted.

    If you would like to bring a spouse/guest, you will be prompted to pay an additional fee of $75.00 during registration. This fee does not apply to colleagues.
  • *Please note: The USWAG PCB Committee will meet the day prior to the Workshop, Tuesday, October 1st. The Committee meeting is open to USWAG members only.

    7:00 - 8:00 a.m.: Registration and Continental Breakfast
    8:00 - 5:15 p.m.: Decommissioning Workshop

The room rate is $189 per night plus 13.15% applicable taxes and fees. Why Wait?     *Note that any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. Refer to the hotel website for transportation options from the airport.
