  • Starting November 1, 2017, online registration closes.   Individuals must register on-site at hotel.  Registration opens on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern).

    Cancellation Policy:  A $100.00 fee will be charged for cancellations received before September 30, 2017. One-half of the registration fee is refundable for cancellations received at EEI from October 1 to October 10. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 10, 2017

    Federal Income Tax Reporting: For federal income tax reporting $690.00 of your registration fee is allocated towards meals and entertainment. If you have a guest $990.00 is allocated.

  • The Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort will not accept any hotel requests by telephone.

    The room rate is $335.00 for a single/double. This excludes a $10 per day resort service package and a 12.5% sales taxe.

    You will not be able to reserve a hotel room if you are not registered with EEI first.

    The hotel cutoff date is October 16, 2017.

  • Attire for all conference business events is business casual. Gentlemen no ties.
  • Chief executives, chief financial officers, treasurers, and investor relations executives from the utility industry, and members of the investor community.
  • This conference provides a forum for global utility representatives, analysts, investment and commercial bankers, and other investors to meet in a common area for information exchange on industry issues and competitive strategies across multiple markets.

  • In order to obtain continuing professional education credits (CPE), a code will be announced at each session during the conference. You must enter the code(s) on the CPE attendance form provided to you and return the completed signed and dated form to the EEI registration desk by 4:30 p.m. (Eastern), Tuesday,  November 7, 2017.  Edison Electric Institute will not accept any forms by fax or email.  Please note there will be no exceptions to this policy.

    CPE Credits

  • On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday afternoons utilities will host company visits. This part of the conference program provides an opportunity for utility executives and investors to discuss strategies, market and regulatory issues and their potential impact on financial performance and shareholders.

    Tuesday morning formal presentations are open to all conference delegates.

  • Cab fare between the Walt Disney World Dolphin and Orlando International Airport is approximately $70.00.
