    Registration Fee





    ·       Advance registration is required. The registration fee is  $622 per attendee.

    ·       Registration and payment are due by Friday, November 1, 2019.

    ·       Cancellations received on or before October 30, 2019 will be refunded in full.  NO REFUNDS will be given after October 30, 2019, to cover the cost of unfilled function guarantees.  Substitutes are welcome.

    ·       As is customary, the fee is waived for honorary members.

    Group Rate:  Studio Suites at $129.00/night, plus tax and a daily resort fee of $35.


    EEI Room Block:  In order to secure a block of quality hotel rooms at competitive prices in convenient locations, EEI is legally bound to fill the rooms we contract. By booking in the  block, you get the lowest rates published in the city over the dates of the conference, and staying “within the block” is convenient, and helps you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotel during the meeting.

    ·       The reservation cut-off date is Friday, October 25th or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first, so make your reservation early! The discounted rate will no longer apply after October 25th and is subject to availability at the prevailing rate.

    ·       Room Deposit:  A deposit of the first night’s room and tax is required at time of booking.

    ·       Resort fee of $35 will apply to each night of your stay.  The fee includes: property-wide high speed internet access (public spaces and in-room) unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, notary service and fitness center access for guest 18 and over.

    ·       Check-in time is 3:00 pm // Check-out time is 11:00 am.

    ·       Cancellation policy:  Cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of deposit.

    We will upload the PDF files to the EEI Taxation Committee Meeting web site where you can download the files to your laptop, smartphone or tablet and/or you can print and bring them to the meeting as no paper handouts/presentations will be provided.

    McCarran International Airport is located 5 miles south of Downtown Las Vegas and about a 10-15 minute drive from the conference hotel.

    Terminal 1: After collecting your luggage, exit the baggage claim area via Door 11 (behind Starbucks) and proceed right to the SuperShuttle ticket booth to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative.

    For federal income tax purposes, $488.00 of your registration fee is allocated to meals and entertainment.  This information is being provided to you to comply with the tax reform law requirements.
