The Testing Program Manager/Lead Training is for those companies actively using EEI pre-employment test batteries OR are in the process to begin using the test batteries. All
new TPM/L’s must attend a TPM/LT within one year of becoming a TPM/L to become
certified and remain in the role.
The person identified to be a TPM/L should be an employee who has the authority
to effectively manage the company’s testing program. Companies without active TPM/L’s
are not authorized to administer EEI tests or order EEI testing materials.
Even if you already have a certified
TPM/L, you may want to consider sending a second person who meets the
requirements in the role description, so that you will have a person eligible
to be your TPM/L should the need for a replacement arise. Existing TPM/L’s who
want a refresher or Executive Sponsors who want to understand more about the
EEI testing program are also welcome to attend the training.
