  • A special EEI rate of $279.00 per night (plus applicable fees and taxes), single or double occupancy, has been negotiated. The EEI group room rates will be honored three days prior and three days after the Annual Meeting dates of June 4-7, 2018, based on availability. The cut-off date to receive the special EEI rate is Friday, May 18, 2018. Reservations received after the cut-off date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability.

    • CANCELLATION: Cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.
    • Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
    • If you would like to book a suite, please email Hiwot Lemma, hlemma@eei.org. Do not contact the hotel directly.
    • Please note that a credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit card will only be charged if late cancellation or no show.

  • Attire for all conference business events is business casual. Gentlemen no ties.
  • In order to obtain continuing professional education credits (CPE), a code will be announced at each session during the conference. You must enter the code(s) on the CPE attendance form provided to you and return the completed signed and dated form to the EEI registration desk by 2:00 p.m. (Pacific), Friday, June 8, 2018.  Edison Electric Institute will not accept any forms by fax or email.  Please note there will be no exceptions to this policy.
