    With more 20 years in the utility industry, Rick brings unique insights into how utility trends may impact planning, accounting and regulatory cost recovery today and into the future.  Rick is responsible for the product direction of PowerPlan’s suite of Planning solutions.  Rick previously held various accounting, financial, and regulatory leadership roles at Southern California Edison including serving as an expert witness on rate base and capital recovery.
