  • The FERC Accounting & Reporting Workshop will be held at the Marriott St. Louis Airport on September 17, 2019.  The room block rate for the Workshop is $139/night.  Rates are subject to occupancy tax. You can reserve a room for the conference under our room block using this link to the hotel website.  The cut-off date for reserving rooms under the room block is Tuesday, September 3, 2019.

    Room reservations can also be made directly with the hotel at (314) 423-9700. To qualify for the special group rate, you will need to identify yourself as attending the 2019 FERC Accounting Workshop.

  • The workshop is a unique opportunity for training on FERC accounting and reporting requirements specific to the electric and gas utility industry.  The workshop is designed to appeal to both experienced and novice member company employees that need to understand and apply FERC accounting and reporting requirements.

  • As of September 4, 2019, on-line registration is no longer available because the workshop is near capacity.  If you wish to register, please call Randall Hartman at 202-508-5494 to see if we can accommodate additional attendees.

    The registration fee for the workshop is $550 for EEI/AGA members and $575 for non-members which includes: 

    §  Networking reception on Monday, September 16, 2019 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm

    §  Breakfast on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 7:00 – 8:00 am

    §  Workshop on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

    §  Lunch on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm

    In order for your name and contact information to be included in the printed workshop materials, you must register to attend the workshop by Monday, September 3, 2019. Anyone registering after that date may not appear in the printed workshop materials.

  • Registration fees will be refunded minus a $100.00 administration fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing no later than September 3, 2019. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions are welcome.
