    To prepare for the conference registration, we encourage you to follow the steps below to confirm or update your password or make corrections to your profile.

  • Starting July 26, 2018, once the conference registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email which will provide the passkey link to make hotel reservations.

    Edison Electric Institute (EEI) and the Hilton San Francisco Union Square reserve the right to cancel hotel reservations in the EEI room block for anyone not officially registered with EEI for this conference.

    The room rates are $286 for a standard single/double room and $299 for a deluxe single/double room. Based upon availability, hotel room rates are applicable 3 days prior to and 3 days after the conference dates.

    Note: Guest room rates are for Single/Double Occupancy. For an additional person, there is $20.00 charge, per room, per room night. There is no additional charge for children under the age of 18 in room with parent.

    The Hilton San Francisco Union Square has a maximum of 2 occupants in a single room with a king bed or 4 occupants in a room with two beds. All the guests that exceed the maximum occupancy will require purchasing a second room.

    Additional Payment Information: The first night's deposit will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation. Room tax is 16.45% of the total rooms charge.

    If you plan to use either a company credit card which is not in your name, or you will not have the credit card present at check in for the duration of your stay, please ask for a credit card authorization form prior to arrival.

    Room reservations must be made before 5:00 p.m. (Eastern) October 19, 2018 (hotel cut-off date) or before the room block is filled, whichever comes first. Reservation requests received after this date will be handled on a space and rate available basis and at prevailing rate. One night room & tax will be charged at the time of booking.

    Changes and Cancellations: If you need to cancel this reservation, your individual deposit is refundable if notice is received by the hotel at least five (5) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations may be made from your confirmation email by clicking on the link provided.

    No Shows: Individual are responsible for confirming their arrival and departure date with the hotel. If you do not arrive on the date confirmed on your hotel reservation, the hotel will charge you for that night and also has the right to cancel your room reservation.

    Check-In/Out Time: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
