    ·        Advance registration is required. The registration fee is $865 per attendee. Click on the orange REGISTER NOW button to register.

    ·        Registration and payment are due by Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

    ·        Cancellations received on or before Friday, June 8, 2018 will be refunded in full.  NO REFUNDS will be given after June 8, 2018, to cover the cost of unfilled function guarantees.  Substitutes are welcome.

    ·        As is customary, the fee is waived for honorary members.

    ·        Group Rate:  $289/night plus taxes for a single or double room

    ·        Daily resort charge is $15.  The resort charge includes:  toll free and local calling, in-room high speed Internet access, entrance to our fitness center, in-room coffee and tea, guided history tour of the Grove Park Inn and newspaper upon request.

    ·        A deposit of one night's room/resort charge/tax will be required at time of booking.

    ·        Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to 4pm local time on the arrival date. Deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled or length of stay shortened within 3 days of arrival.

    ·        Group rates will be extended for 3 days prior to and 3 days after the conference, based on availability. You will need to make your reservation by phone.

    ·        An early departure fee equal to one night’s room plus applicable taxes will apply if a guest checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

    ·        Asheville, North Carolina, is an intimate and gorgeous town in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, along the western border of the state. Its main draw to visitors from around the world is the massive Biltmore Estate, the largest home in America. Featuring a 250-room American Castle built by the wealthy Vanderbilt family, the 125,000-acre estate makes an ideal setting for our group dinner event. We will start off with cocktails and a guided tour of the Biltmore House and then dinner to follow at the Stable Café Loft which originally served as a hay storage area for the Vanderbilt stable and now used as a venue for private dining.


    ·        The nearest airport to the hotel is the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)  located in Fletcher, NC--approximately 30 minutes away from The Omni Grove Park Inn.
